One of several modes in the WSJT-X suite (this is where you will find WSPR).

This mode was designed to send signal reports, and there is some DX activity with it. Like WSPR, you will get a signal report, although for WSPR, you need to go to the spotter site.

How we will use it

It is incompatible with our normal net activity; however, the standard messages you see above can be replaced with a short message. These could include power out, trees down, or temperature and precipitation for reporting storms. As this is meant for weak signals/low power, it could be another item in our arsenal of fallback transmission methods.
